More Than Therapy!!! We Believe in Diving Into Purpose. [$1000 sign on bonus]
At Redemption Physical Therapy, we believe early intervention is about more than milestones and developmental progress, it is about diving into purpose!
Every child carries unique potential, and every family deserves support, encouragement, and hope during the earliest stages of development. Our role as therapists is not only to provide skilled clinical care, but to help families feel empowered, seen, educated, and supported through some of the most formative years of life.
We specialize in pediatric early intervention home health services for children ages 0–3 throughout San Diego County.
Our therapists are often the very first physical therapists a family has ever worked with. Because of this, we hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism, compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence. We believe the way we show up during these early years can influence how families view therapy, development, and possibility for years to come.
What Makes Redemption PT Different
Unlike many traditional home health models where therapists operate independently with minimal support, Redemption PT is intentionally built around a collaborative operational structure.
Our therapists are supported by:
- Dedicated Therapy Coordinators who actively manage schedules and routes
- Administrative support teams that assist with operational workflow
- Collaborative clinical guidance and team-based learning
- Leadership accessibility and communication
- Structured systems designed to reduce therapist isolation within home health
Our goal is to allow therapists to focus on patient care while being supported by a connected, collaborative, and highly communicative team environment.
We believe home health should feel supported, not isolating.
