Travel Mammography Technologist - Mammography

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a short-term acute care hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency.

Short-term acute care hospital setting with 418 staffed beds
Dedicated Mammography unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
Uses Hologic mammography equipment
Charting in Epic (required)
Day shift, 5x8 hours, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No on-call, weekend, or block scheduling requirements
No floating between units within this assignment, though travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state

Minimum of 2 years of Mammography Tech experience
Familiarity with Hologic equipment required
Epic EMR experience required
Biopsy experience preferred but not required
Active professional license required if applicable
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

First-time travelers will be considered for this position
Former permanent staff of this facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Candidates who have previously worked at a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem) must disclose the location and dates of that employment
Scrubs of any color are acceptable for this role
Parking is provided at no cost
Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
