Job description:
Leaders Staffing is seeking skilled an Industrial Maintenance Technician for Direct Hire. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment. *This is a 3/2/2 12 Hr Schedule working 5 less days a month*
Pay is negotiable pending experience!!
Ideal Candidate will have exceptional mechanical aptitude and machine repair experience with:
- Reading schematics
- Basic mechanical skills
- Forklift (required)
- Hand/Power tools
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Welding
- Electrical
- Fanuc Robotics, plus
What We Need From You:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use all power tools, hand tools, drill presses, shop tools, etc
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English
- Able to sit, stand, stoop and have use of hand motor coordination regularly.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical systems, logic controllers, and general repairs
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
- 1+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 2 year technical degree maintenance, technical field or electrician apprenticeship desired
- PLC and electrical troubleshooting preferred
- Electrical experience with automated equipment and robots
- Experience in working with 24V, 120/230V, 480V, as well as 1 and 3 phase circuits.
