This isn't a typical front desk position.
As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll become the hub of our office. You'll create an exceptional patient experience while keeping the front office running smoothly and efficiently. One moment you'll be greeting patients by name, the next you'll be answering phones, coordinating schedules, assisting with therapies, collecting payments, or helping keep the entire office flowing.

What You'll Do
Create an Exceptional Patient Experience
- Welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Build genuine relationships with patients and their families.
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Collect payments and assist patients with financial questions.
Keep the Office Running Smoothly
- Open and close the office.
- Maintain an organized and efficient patient flow.
- Prepare treatment areas.
- Assist with therapies when needed.
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
