Commercial HVAC Estimators Requirements:
- 2+ years of Commercial HVAC / Mechanical Construction Estimating experience required
- Experience Preparing Cost Estimates for HVAC Projects including Materials, Equipment, Labor, and Project Costs required
- Experience with Takeoffs, Labor Estimates, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Purchase Orders preferred
- Experience Pricing Materials, Subcontractors, and Vendor quotes preferred

Commercial HVAC Estimators Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates for commercial HVAC and mechanical system projects
- Responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, determining equipment, material, and labor needs, estimating costs, evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing, and assisting with bid preparation
- Managing multiple bids and deadlines
- Address and resolve concerns from customers, team members, and subcontractors to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
