What You'll Do
- Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, businesses, trusts, and other entities.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Mentor, train, and support staff to encourage professional growth and technical development.
- Monitor project deadlines and workflow while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Identify issues proactively and recommend practical solutions for clients and the firm.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
Qualifications
Required:
- CPA
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on taxation.
- Extensive experience with tax preparation and tax review procedures.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
Preferred:
- Experience with Trust and Estate taxation.
