Job Description:
Revive Medical Supplies is an established, licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and custom rehabilitation provider serving Southern California. We are expanding our services into the San Diego market and are looking for an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join our growing team.
Duties include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and environments to determine appropriate assistive technology needs
- Performing client interviews and observing gait and movement patterns in real-world settings
- Evaluating home and community accessibility and assessing for appropriate equipment
- Analyzing medical data to develop personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Providing training and education to patients, families, caregivers, and staff on proper device use and maintenance
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within medical records and case management systems
Requirements:
- ATP credential required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Strong interpersonal skills and clinical reasoning
- Up-to-date knowledge of mobility assistive technology standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
