Responsibilities:

Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience

Know the food and drink menus in detail

Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.

Complete side work associated with your bartending/serving responsibilities

Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience

Follow house cocktail recipes accurately and efficiently.

Know how to open and close the bar.

Show up to all shifts on time and ready to work.

Must have bartending experience in a high customer turnover restaurant.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Must be able to carry roughly 50+ lbs
