FTC JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Packer/Assembler
FridaySwing/Saturday/Sunday or Weekday Swing Shifts

All employees are expected to assist whenever and wherever possible to ensure a smooth workflow and transition into the customers locations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize the packing area to ensure it is clean and functional throughout the day.
- Collect meal items for packing, package and box meals per daily counts.
- Sanitize workstations and equipment before use.
- Assist in stocking ingredients in pantries, refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas.
- Assist with facility cleaning adhering to the regular posted cleaning schedule.
- Inspect items for spoilage or signs of contamination such as mold or bacteria.
- Ensure adherence to all industry safety standards and guidelines.
- Ensure accurate time clock punching and timecard reporting.
- Maintain effective communication between the cooking area staff and the packing area staff to ensure a smooth production line.
- Communicate all issues and concerns with the General Manager and/or Upper Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Must read and write English (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
