Three20 Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our service team and help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and customer service.
Pay
$25/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, motivate, and support servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work alongside staff during busy service periods
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Help maintain inventory and bar operations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Bartending experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Dependable, motivated, and professional
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
