We are seeking a dynamic Inside/Outside Sales professional to drive growth and expand our customer base. This role combines proactive outside sales efforts with strategic inside sales activities, including lead generation, account management, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer service to build lasting relationships and achieve sales targets. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients, presenting tailored security and automation solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns to expand the customer base
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform product demos to showcase features and benefits of security systems and home automation technologies
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze pipeline performance
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on security or technology products
- Strong management skills with the ability to develop territory strategies and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation and cold calling
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to technology or security solutions
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate products or services
