YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Prepping ingredients, executing dishes, with consistency.
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and running tight.
- Working as part of a real kitchen team — no drama, just great food and attention to detail
- Having a say in what goes on the menu and what makes it to the plate.
- Supporting special events, weddings, and busy weekends.
- Serving up great food with a great attitude — every shift
- BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with scratch cooking.
- Banquet or catering experience.
- Ideas for seasonal menus and local ingredients.
