We’re Hiring: Full-Time Medical Assistant (Front Desk, Pre-Op & PACU Support)
We are seeking Medical Assistant (Front Desk, Pre-Op & PACU Support) to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with patient registration, and support nursing staff as needed. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Prior medical registration experience required
- Patient care experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in handling patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
