We are looking to hire a warehouse worker to help us meet our production goals. The ideal candidate is a team player who’s willing to put in the work to ensure standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work in freezing conditions (-10°F) and refrigerated conditions (35°) – Proper outerwear is provided
- Unloading incoming deliveries and inspecting for damages.
- Scanning, labeling, and storing items in designated locations.
- Picking items from shelves and packing them accurately for shipment. Must build stable and well-cubed pallets for shipping.
- Utilizing pallet jacks and hand trucks efficiently.
- Keeping the warehouse floor clear, organized, and adhering to OSHA standards.
Requirements and Skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand/walk for long periods.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, safety procedures (PPE, hazard identification).
- Experience with barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize inventory systematically.
- Good communication skills for working with all departments.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, and Saturdays when required.
