Dental Arts is growing, and we're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our Smile Center as a Scheduling Coordinator! If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping others receive the dental care they need, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule Options
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Call patients who are due for their routine cleanings and treatment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple Dental Arts locations.
- Help fill the schedule by contacting unscheduled patients.
- Respond to patient questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately document conversations within our practice management software.
- Work closely with office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Meet daily scheduling goals while maintaining a positive patient experience.

- Is organized and able to multitask.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Is dependable, positive, and self-motivated.
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Thrives on achieving goals and celebrating team success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.
- Call center or scheduling experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
