**About KidStrong**
KidStrong is a science-based enrichment program that helps kids build strong brains, bodies, and character. This fall we're growing our presence across the Austin area, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people to represent us at weekend community events.
**About the Role**
As a Weekend Event Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of KidStrong at fairs, festivals, and family-focused events throughout the fall. You'll create a fun, welcoming experience at our table, connect with families, and get as many of them as possible to enter our raffle — every entry is a new lead for our team. This is a seasonal, weekend-based role that's perfect for someone who loves being active, meeting new people, and working with kids and families.
**What You'll Do**
- Travel to assigned event sites across the greater Austin area
- Set up and break down our marketing table and activity as outlined for each event
- Engage warmly with families and children who stop by the table
- Encourage families to enter our raffle — your primary goal is to generate as many leads as possible per event
- Represent the KidStrong brand with energy and professionalism
**What We're Looking For**
- Consistent, reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and stay active for extended periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in any weather or temperature
- An outgoing, confident, energetic, and welcoming personality
- Confidence speaking with both adults and children
**Schedule & Pay**
- Seasonal / temporary / contract position
- Weekend events during the fall
- Must be available most Friday evenings, all day Saturdays, and all day Sundays, September through November
- $15–$17 per hour to start
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
