Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Report patient status and concerns to the registered nurse or physician
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
