The Mason Tender/Laborer helps the Mason by mixing grout, carrying materials, cleaning up jobsite, and assisting the Mason in any way possible. Experience in the masonry field is a plus, but not required.
Some familiarity with construction work and ability to read a tape measure and use various tools at least in a basic way is needed.
Reliability, a positive attitude, ability to work well as part of a team, and willingness to learn new skills are required.
A clean driver's license and ability to work at heights (roofs), in some cases, is required.
