We are looking for a passionate cook to join our team! We are a craft beer bar with 2 locations, featuring an exclusive draft list, house-smoked barbecue craft sandwiches and bar pizzas. Come have fun cooking with our small crew in a fast paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Daily Prep
- Ability to efficiently open/close kitchen independently
- Cook on Grill, Fry, Pizza
- Ensure great presentation
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
Skills
- Proven experience as cook
- Experience on all kitchen stations
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team during busy shifts
- Time management and stress management when working independently
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended time.
