We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of an affordable housing community while helping create a resident experience rooted in trust, accountability, and care.

What You’ll Do
- Assistant Property Manager - Properties in Heath and Newark. Starting salary is DOE and the property's size. ($40,000 to $45,000).
- Property Manager - Properties in Newark and Utica. Starting salary is DOE and the property's size. ($50,000 to $55,000). Affordable Housing management experience is a must.
- Property Maintenance Technician - Properties in Newark and Utica. Starting hourly rate is $21 per hour. Residential/Multi-family property maintenance experience is required. No HVAC needed.
What You Bring
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management, leasing, housing, customer service, office administration, or related operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred:
- Two years of experience in property management, affordable housing, facilities, or related operations
- Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, recertifications, or housing compliance programs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with diverse communities and resident populations
