With a loyal customer base familiar with our three other locations in Wake County, we've proudly earned the title of "Best Seafood in Raleigh" from the News & Observer for the past five years. We opened our Cary location last May and have been busy ever since.
Currently, we have a couple openings for servers. Our low turnover rate reflects our positive work environment and strong customer satisfaction, making this a good opportunity to join our team, as we only hire a few times a year.

But if you have any restaurant experience and think you'd do a great job we'd love to sit down and speak with you about the job and expectations. Cape Fear Seafood Company is a locally owned small business with an emphasis on scratch cooking and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We have four locations in Wake county. Our favorite part of the job is creating unique memories through exceptional service and engaging interactions. We’re looking for additions to our service team to help continue this tradition.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and hospitable demeanor.
● Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● A passion for creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships with guests.
● A diligent and punctual work ethic and someone others want to work with.
● Some flexibility to work a lunch shift or two along with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
