CMT Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in their daily living activities
Encourage resident engagement and socialization to promote overall well-being
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision
Accurately maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed
Conduct frequent resident rounds and supervise CNAs to ensure proper care
Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on any issues
