Position Summary
As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you play a vital role in ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely, comfortably, and on time. This position offers the opportunity to join a dependable, professional team committed to excellence in passenger transportation.
Shifts (3 Available)
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 per service week
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including manual transmissions, across assigned routes
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and professional service at all times
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate pickups and drop-offs
- Deliver excellent customer service to all passengers
QualificationsRequired:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement
- Proven experience in shuttle, transit, or commercial driving
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong understanding of safety and DOT regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Prior passenger transportation or shuttle service experience
