Adult Family Home Manager-Elkhorn
Ripple Behavior Solutions is looking for an experienced Adult Family Home Manager to join our team. Clients served include those with Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, Dementia and profound Physical Disabilities.

Qualifications: Experience in working with disabled populations in a group home setting which includes writing care plans, knowledge of client rights, and creating an environment that allows clients to live a fulfilling life. Experience in managing and leading staff, training staff, reviewing staff performance, scheduling, coordinating medical appointments for clients, menu planning, ensuring the home is in compliance with regulations, and coordinating with care teams. Must have strong communication skills, strong documentation skills, and be self-motiviated. Must be located within 15 minutes of Elkhorn.
Job Type: Full-time 1st Shift.
Compensation and Benefits: Starting pay is $28.65/hour. The company currently offers double holiday pay, generous vacation, sick time, 401K match, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance and bonuses.
