Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our young patients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Provide patient education to families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including suturing minor wounds when necessary.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as ophthalmology and critical care to ensure holistic patient management.
- Maintain accurate medical records using appropriate medical terminology.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with pediatric nursing practices.
Experience
- C-PNP required
- Previous experience in pediatric nursing is preferred.
- Familiarity with infant care practices and geriatric considerations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of critical care protocols and the ability to manage acute conditions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
