Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Visual Merchandiser/Restock role to create a strong store visual environment and ensure an engaging shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for visual merchandising, maintaining optimal product presentation, and ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked. Duties
- Design and implement eye-catching merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines.
- Restock shelves efficiently by managing inventory control and inventory management systems to ensure product availability at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment by arranging displays, adjusting signage, and ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Use strong communication skills to coordinate with operations, sales associates, on visual aesthetics and customer service initiatives.
- Monitor stock levels regularly, perform inventory checks, and assist with inventory control procedures to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Support sales floor duties when needed by handling cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks such as restocking during peak hours or setting up new displays for promotional events.
Skills
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles including display design, planograms, and interior design concepts.
- Strong understanding of branding guidelines and how to incorporate them into visual presentations.
- Experience with retail sales techniques and merchandising display arrangement.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to handle retail math calculations accurately for pricing and stock management.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with time management expertise to meet deadlines consistently.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
