Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated FOH (Front of House) & BOH (Back of House) Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and supporting efficient kitchen and dining room functions. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions smoothly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold quality standards and food safety management protocols
- Support BOH operations by organizing supplies, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety regulations
- Ensure all food safety practices are followed diligently to prevent contamination and uphold health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service, efficient workflow, and a positive environment for both staff and guests
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management is highly desirable
- Experience using POS systems will be advantageous but training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions on food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to support both FOH and BOH functions
