Title: Project Manager
Location: Mankato, MN
Compensation: $80,000-90,000
This is a high-impact role responsible for financial performance, coordination, and operational execution of commercial roofing projects. We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented leader who can manage multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and job profitability
- Coordinate with Superintendents and field crews to ensure proper execution
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
- Review and interpret blueprints, specs, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Conduct project meetings with GCs, owners, and stakeholders
- Prepare schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial flat roofing projects
- Strong technical knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, coatings, etc.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver profitable projects
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Work Environment:
- Combination of office-based project management and jobsite visits
- Regional travel required
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (extended hours as necessary)
