Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience
- Proactive communication skills
- Ability to use various software programs, spreadsheets, and basic computer skills
- Ability to manage time extremely well and manage multiple priorities at once
- Basic knowledge of the trades or the resourcefulness to be able to learn quickly as you go
- Ability to be motivate and trust others to achieve results on your behalf.
- Ability to make decisions without needing detailed instructions for everything
- Ability to engage in difficult conversations easily and frequently
- An extreme sense of accountability. The biggest role of this job is: even if you didn't cause the issue, you are still responsible for being accountable for it
- Ability to perform and take initiative independently without constant oversight.

What does the pay look like?
The base salary is $35,000-$45,000 depending on your experience.
Typical successful Production Managers earn between $60,000 and $120,000+ annually.
You’ll make your base salary for the first 90 days. If after the first 90 days you’ve shown that you’re capable of meeting the KPI’s associated with the role, you’ll become eligible for performance based bonuses.
On target earnings for this position as it stands is between $60,000 and $80,000. You will be the one to break the bottleneck here. The more you can produce, the more we can sell. Expected pay for a true winner in this position is $120,000+.
Monthly bonuses range between $2,000 and $8,000+. Your bonus is based on production volume, profitability, customer satisfaction, and your ability to manage projects independently. Bonuses are designed to be a normal part of compensation for successful Production Managers. This role is built for someone who wants their income tied directly to performance.
What you’ll be doing in the job:
- Recruiting, vetting, and hiring painters quickly and constantly.
- Managing painters and customers from start to finish of residential painting projects.
- Scheduling all projects and communicating with all involved parties proactively.
- Solving project issues and barriers before they become a customer issue.
- Tracking and reporting Job Costing, Profitability, and KPI outcomes.
- Ensuring that projects are being completed on time, and to a high quality standard without regular micromanagement.
- Helping build and improve the systems that will allow the company to continue scaling.
