Osceola Community Health Services (OCHS) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center. OCHS operates six Community Health Centers throughout Osceola County that are accredited by The Joint Commission for Ambulatory Care and Primary Care Medical Home.

This position will conduct training and acclimate newly hired clinical employees to their designated locations and ensure they meet their workplace performance in alliance with the organization’s core values. Responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum, and instructing employee training and onboarding.
Conduct training and acclimate newly hired clinical staff. Hands-on monitoring at clinic to assess training effectiveness and review employee performance and learning.
Assists with workflows. Regularly supports compliance and accreditation efforts as assigned including, but not limited to OSHA, Joint Commission and HIPAA. 100% attendance to mandatory skills updates, staff meetings, and trainings. Performs all other duties as requested.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
