About the Role
2nd Family is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout Colorado.
This is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling, additional hours, or a consistent caregiving assignment. We work to match caregivers with clients based on location, availability, experience, and care needs.
Compensation
$23.00 per hour
Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
-
Provide companionship and emotional support
-
Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed

Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
-
Provide medication reminders
-
Observe and report changes in the client's condition

Maintain accurate care documentation
-
Follow the client's established plan of care
-
Promote client safety, dignity, independence, and comfort
Qualifications
-
Active CNA certification
-
Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or similar experience preferred

Reliable and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable providing personal care assistance

Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements
