Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of power washing technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Demonstrate proper use of power washing equipment, chemicals, and safety gear to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Coordinate daily schedules, monitor progress, and Run your own crew
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
- Train new team members on techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies throughout each job site
Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and operating equipment for extended periods
