About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Project Manager with a strong background in construction or construction design to lead projects from kickoff through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who understands construction drawings, design coordination, and project execution, and enjoys working across teams to keep projects on track and profitable.
What You’ll Do
- Manage commercial projects from handoff to closeout
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and field teams
- Serve as the primary contact for contractors and project partners
- Track schedules, budgets, and project performance
- Handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in commercial construction, project management, or construction design
- Strong ability to read and understand plans and specs
- Experience working with design teams or engineered building components
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
Bonus Experience
- Trusses, wall panels, framing, or building components
- Multi-family or commercial project exposure
