Dieffenbauch & Hritz (D&H) is actively hiring for a Civil Engineer to join our team in our Bridgeport, WV or Morgantown, WV office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in development of engineering plan sets.
- Assist in developing construction specifications, quantities and cost estimates.
- Attend and actively participate in project meetings.
- Work collaboratively as part of a design team to meet the client's scope, budget and schedule.
- Perform various engineering calculations and draft reports.
- Willingness to learn new design software as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields.
- 3 to 6 years experience in civil engineering design.
- Experience using design software such as: AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/InRoads, HydroCAD, TR-55, TR-20, HEC and other applicable design software commonly used.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.
