Position Overview
We are seeking Summertime Apprentice Painters to join our team for the summer season. This role is ideal for students, teachers on break, or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured, team-oriented environment. There is also potential for long-term employment for those who align well with our team culture and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites, equipment, and tools
- Assist with painting student housing rentals and related projects
- Follow training and instructions provided by the team
- Maintain a professional, positive, and drug-free work environment
- Work efficiently as part of a team or independently as needed

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Opportunities
- Starting at $16.50/hour (higher based on experience)
- Full-time availability during the summer season; Hours and total duration of employment will vary depending on workload
- Opportunity for long-term or permanent employment based on performance and team fit
