Sanitation Pro LLC is expanding and seeking motivated B2B Commercial Sales Representatives to help grow our commercial client base throughout Georgia.
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Representatives earn $500 for every qualifying commercial cleaning/property-service contract they successfully close. There is no limit to the number of contracts you can close.
You will prospect and connect with decision-makers at apartment communities, restaurants, medical and dental offices, senior-living facilities, schools/daycares, offices, retail locations, property-management companies, government facilities, and other commercial properties.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect for new commercial clients by phone, email, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Contact property managers, business owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers
- Introduce Sanitation Pro’s services and identify potential cleaning/property-service needs
- Generate qualified leads and schedule walkthroughs or estimates
- Follow up with prospects until a decision is made
- Help convert prospects into recurring or project-based commercial accounts
- Maintain professional communication with potential clients

Compensation
$500 commission per qualifying commercial contract successfully closed
Uncapped commissions
Close 5 contracts = $2,500 week or
Close 10 contracts = $5,000 week
This is commission-based compensation and is not a guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
We’re looking for confident, professional, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable speaking with businesses and following up. Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, leasing, real estate, marketing, customer service, or business development is preferred but not required.
