Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Unqork Front End Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will focus on building and enhancing web applications using Unqork’s no-code/low-code platform, with a strong emphasis on front-end development. Duties
- Collaborate with UX designers and back-end developers to translate wireframes and user flows into responsive, scalable web applications using Unqork.
- Develop and customize front-end components utilizing JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Integrate APIs and web services (RESTful, SOAP, GraphQL) to enable dynamic data visualization and real-time updates within applications.
- Utilize developer tools like Visual Studio, GitHub, Jenkins, and Trello to manage code versioning, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and project workflows.
- Apply best practices in web design, SEO, accessibility standards, and responsive web design techniques to optimize user experience across devices.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure robust application performance; leverage tools like JUnit or Selenium where applicable.
- Maintain system architecture documentation and participate actively in Agile software development cycles using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience with front-end development including HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js; knowledge of UI/UX principles is essential.
- Experience working with APIs (RESTful services), JSON data formats, and integrating third-party web services like WordPress or Drupal.
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker; understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB or SQLite; ability to write efficient SQL queries.
- Understanding of system architecture concepts for scalable web applications; experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN; experience with Trello or Jira for project management is preferred.
- Ability to develop responsive design projects that enhance user engagement across multiple devices; knowledge of Bootstrap or similar frameworks is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating within Agile teams; commitment to continuous learning in software development best practices.
