Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Carpenter to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance.
- Install doors, windows, trim carpentry, and other residential components with precision
- Measure materials accurately for cutting and fabrication;
- Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in roofing, flooring installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site; adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential carpentry or related construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and material procurement.
- Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), cabinetry installation, door hanging, and roofing.
- Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws).
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards; familiarity with restoration industry practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing multiple tasks such as flooring installation or tile laying efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
