We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse or LVN to join our Per Diem team in Eagle Pass, TX. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, acute-care setting
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient plans
Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and lab results
Identify and address patient needs, concerns, and preferences
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
0 years of experience required (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
