Qualifications
Minimum level of education required and required field of study: Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting, Finance
Minimum skills required:
- Strong accounting skills, great attention to detail.
- General proficient knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization
- Proficient knowledge of internal controls, recording and reporting of financial transactions, and summarization of financial statements.
- Knowledge and understanding of the implications of key financial indicators and controls and assessing impact of financial information.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to communicate with teams across various departments.
- When fully trained, this individual must develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the following:
o Company policies, procedures and Software that is applicable to the job (SAP, MIF).
o Company goals and vision.
o Departmental practices and procedures.
o Interdepartmental relationships and their effect on the company, departmental and individual goals.
Minimum years of experience recommended: 3-5 years
Additional Information
- CPA is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP highly preferred
