Job Summary:
The Barista & FOH role at Bridee is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, serving pastries and processing guest payments, as well as engaging with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and food, a strong attention to detail, the ability to create high-quality beverages consistently, and has a friendly and engaging personality.
Responsibilities:

Provide elevated customer service and hospitality

Prepare quality coffee beverages

Take guest’s orders and serve pastry items
- Maintain knowledge of baked goods and retail offerings

Handle cash and other payments quickly and accurately

Maintain cleanliness of the bakery including clearing tables, sweeping floors, and wiping down counters
Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a standing, stationary position more than 75% of the time

Must be able to move about inside the café space

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Frequently moves food service inventory and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Must be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Your experience:

High school diploma (or its equivalent)
- Previous Barista experience required

Previous specialty coffee experience preferred
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience required

Food Handlers Certificate a plus

Barista training such as Latte Art, coffee profile a plus
