Office Assistant
ONE65 is seeking an organized, professional, and hospitality-driven Office Assistant to support our restaurant operations team. This role is primarily office-based while also assisting with guest communication, answering phones, and reservation support as needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced upscale hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily office and administrative operations
- Answer phones and assist guests professionally
- Assist with reservations and guest inquiries as needed
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and general data entry
- Support managers and department teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Coordinate communication between departments and management
- Scan, file, and upload company documents
- Provide general support to restaurant operations and team needs
Qualifications
- Previous office, administrative, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Comfortable handling guest interactions and phone communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with reservation systems is a plus
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Pay: $25.96 - $31.26 per hour
