We're looking for a motivated, dependable Administrative Floater to join our Fayetteville and Bentonville team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves staying busy throughout the day. As an Administrative Floater, you'll receive training to provide coverage in both our Check-In and Check-Out areas, making you an essential part of our front office team.
Hours vary between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on the office schedule.
This position supports both our Fayetteville and Bentonville offices. Team members will receive advance notice of which office they are scheduled to work at each day. Reliable transportation is required.
Welcome patients and families with exceptional customer service.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
Answer phones and assist with general administrative tasks.
Provide coverage wherever needed to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple front office functions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to learn multiple front office responsibilities quickly.
Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying productive throughout the day.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between office locations as scheduled.
Previous dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required.
