We are seeking a motivated, personable professional to develop and manage referral relationships with chiropractors and related providers.
Position Overview: The Relationship & Business Development Representative is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding professional relationships with chiropractic clinics to generate referral partnerships for the firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, face‑to‑face outreach, and consultative selling. This is not a traditional call‑center sales role. Success comes from trust, presence, follow‑through, and understanding how to create mutual value for healthcare providers and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with chiropractors and chiropractic clinics within assigned territories
- Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings to introduce the firm and explain mutual referral opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the firm and chiropractic partners
- Educate providers on the firm’s services, processes, and dedication to resolving patient cases efficiently
- Attend networking events, medical office meetings, and industry functions - some functions occur in evenings and/or weekends
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and relationships in the firm’s CRM
- Collaborate with attorneys and marketing staff to support partner clinics and shared clients
- Consistently meet or exceed referral and relationship development goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, medical marketing, or relationship management
- Experience working with chiropractors, medical practices, or healthcare providers strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with in‑person outreach and professional networking
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and follow‑up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Willing to work weekends and evenings as needed.
