The Daisy Shoppe is a family-owned boutique located in The Outlets at San Clemente. We’re looking for energetic, fashion-passionate individuals to join our team as a Boutique Associate, focused on styling customers and helping them build their wardrobe.
We’re a non-commissioned sales environment with a strong focus on customer service and team sales — you’ll help clients discover pieces that fit their style, put together complete looks, and grow their wardrobe with pieces they love, all while working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
What you’ll do:
- Style customers one-on-one, helping them find pieces and build outfits that fit their personal style
- Offer wardrobe suggestions and styling advice to help clients expand and elevate their closet
- Provide attentive, personalized customer service
- Support team sales goals in a collaborative, non-commissioned environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
