Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ABA (RBT) therapists sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate skills related to negotiation, technical recruiting, and talent management.
- Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on employment & labor law compliance.
- Manage candidate pipelines through cold calling, lead generation, and research to identify high-potential talent pools.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or HR sourcing within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders.
