We’re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Atlanta Office. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in complex, active large-scale project and values teamwork, communication, and doing things the right way.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Team Coordination: Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure work progresses according to plan.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Budget Management: Monitor costs, approve expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, architects, and government officials.
- Problem-Solving: Address project challenges and implement solutions to keep work on track.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and project reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial construction, with experience in project management.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam).
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to address and resolve unexpected challenges on-site.
- Certifications: OSHA 30, PMP, or LEED accreditation (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
