Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Condominium Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members .This position is part time 2 days opening 8-4 pm and 2 days closing 4-12pm
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document organization
- Provide customer support by answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues promptly
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively,work well alone or as a team
- Manage front desk books,log keys out ,etc
