OVERVIEW
Become part of this NYC foodie destination - iconic NYC Deli with generations of history. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, food service professional with deli counter experience, knife skills, and strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare salads and sandwiches
- Assist customers at the deli counter
- Be a good team player by helping out wherever needed
- [Cooking eggs/omelettes a big plus, not essential]
SCHEDULE & OPPORTUNITY
Tuesday - Sunday + WEEKLY SCHEDULED OVERTIME (AT TIME + 1/2).
DAYTIME hours only. No evenings.

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior deli counter experience or experience in other kitchen/cooking roles.
- Ability to help out and interact with customers at counter
- Good knife skills (and ability to sliced smoked fish) is a big plus.
- Spanish a plus.
- REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.
