Hiring Toddler (2 years) Old Teacher
Magic Years Preschool is seeking a dedicated and compassionate early childhood teacher to join our teaching community. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curriculum and promoting a positive and safe learning environment. The toddler teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure a positive early childhood learning experience that encourages curiosity, creativity, and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Early Childhood Education experience preferred
- Uncertified teachers must be enrolled in a study plan with at least 60 college credits leading to a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Description:
- Using Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum to develop age-appropriate lesson plans that support development and foster curiosity
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Lead and manage a classroom of toddlers, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere that promotes exploration and learning
- Maintain accurate records of children's developmental progress, attendance, and daily activities in compliance with licensing standards
- Be able to collaborate and work as a team with teaching assistant and co-workers
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with parents to discuss their child's progress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,070.00 - $68,652.00 per year
